Pass this on!!!

Warren Buffett, "I could end the deficit in 5 minutes," he told CNBC. "You just ...pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all
sitting members of Congress are ineligible for re-election. The 26th 305358_278909665474891_100000675795584_859663_698064029_n
amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds) took only 3 months
& 8 days to be ratified! Why? Simple! The people demanded it. That was in
1971...before computers, e-mail, cell phones, etc. Of the 27 amendments to
the Constitution, seven (7) took 1 year or less to become the law of the
land...all because of public pressure.
Warren Buffet is asking each addressee to forward this email to a minimum of
twenty people on their address list; in turn ask each of those to do
likewise.
In three days, most people in The United States of America will have the
message. This is one idea that really should be passed around.
*Congressional Reform Act of 2011*
1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman collects a salary while in office
and receives no pay when they are out of office.
2. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security. All
funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security
system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system,
and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for
any other purpose.
3. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans
do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay
will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the
same health care system as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American
people.
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/12.
The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen. Congressmen
made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor,
not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours
should serve their term's), then go home and back to work.
If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people then it will only take
three days for most people (in the U.S.) to receive the message. Maybe it is
time.
THIS IS HOW YOU FIX CONGRESS!!!!! If you agree with the above, pass it on

66% of the USA agree with Occupy that money and wealth are Not distributed fairly in America.

Yes. 66% of the USA agree with Occupy that money and wealth are Not distributed fairly in America.

In a competitive economy the workers that are also the customers need to be able to buy the goods being made by the workers. In an economy where the top 1% and the top 20% are increasing and the rest, the bottom 80% are not even able to afford the necessities that the economy isn't going to work. Imperial Russia, Imperial France, Imperial China each failed because of the same disparity.

These people that believe that money and wealth are Not distributed fairly  are not saying that people should not be able to work hard and make money. We are saying the trend towards disreputable Acts by the so many of the top 20% of America Have created a massive accumulation of wealth on their part and the lack of ability of the rest of America to work hard and make money. The top 1% have done all kinds of acts to block everyone else from making even enough money to support their family's.  And Cain, and Perry and Paul and Romney are all Doubs in their plans to continue to do so.

”As the chart above shows, between 1979 and 2007, the share of after-tax income going to each of the bottom four income quintiles has dropped. The only quintile that has increased its share is the top 20 percent. And the top 1 percent -- those economic elites targeted by the Occupy Wall street movement, which claims to represent the other 99 percent -- has more than doubled its share.
That top 1 percent saw its income skyrocket by 275 percent. Those between the 80th and 99th percentile -- that is, the top 20 percent, excluding the very top 1 percent -- also did pretty well, seeing their income rise by 65 percent. Income for the bottom 20 percent, meanwhile, grew by just 18 percent.”

Where does Occupy get their numbers?

The CEO of Wal-Mart gets per hour as much as their average employee gets per year. Yet they still want to cut all the benefits of those employees without touching his  income.

“Wal-Mart, the largest U.S. retailer and the nation's largest private employer, is also slashing the amount that it puts in employees' healthcare expense accounts by 50 percent.” http://news.yahoo.com/wal-mart-trims-certain-employee-health-coverage-152429958.html

Wal-Mart has offered part-time workers the option of signing up for healthcare coverage since 1996, regardless of how many hours per week worked. Now, part-time associates who work less than an average of 24 hours per week will no longer be eligible for the company's health insurance plans.” http://news.yahoo.com/wal-mart-trims-certain-employee-health-coverage-152429958.html

“Meanwhile, just 26 percent said that money and wealth are distributed fairly in America, while 66 percent say they aren't.”

Another Republican pretense of providing jobs.

The republican House rep from AZ proposed a bill to the house make a land swap to be able to open an agreed copper mine run by an Australian co. in Az.

“House set to approve bill for giant Arizona mine” http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2011/10/26/20111026arizona-mine-development-superior.html#ixzz1buFuMWN1

Resolution Copper the copper mine stated

“Once the mine is open, which is projected to happen in 2021, it would employ about 1,400 people. Resolution Copper said most of those workers will be Arizonans. The mine will also create about 2,300 non-direct jobs, including contractors who supply fuel, tires, cement and steel, company officials said.”

Gosar the republican rep and the other AZ republican Congressmen are all for it.

“Gosar, speaking on the House floor, touted the jobs that the copper mine could bring to Arizona. Developers say the project would create about 3,000 jobs to build the mine over the next decade.”
http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2011/10/26/20111026arizona-mine-development-superior.html#ixzz1buLRTWKg

But :

“Rep. Alcee Hastings, D-Fla., warned that there is nothing to prevent Resolution Copper's parent company, Australia-based Rio Tinto, from bringing in foreign workers to run the mine or using robotic technology that can be operated from outside the United States.”

 http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2011/10/26/20111026arizona-mine-development-superior.html#ixzz1buGNxnE6

The AZ Democratic rep Grijalva, had a solution for this that made perfect sense.

The other three, by Democrats, are likely to fail.
One of those, by Grijalva, would require that the remote operations center for the proposed mine be located in the local community, that the company actively recruit and hire local employees, that all ore produced from the mine be processed in the United States and that all equipment used at the mine be made in the United States.”

http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2011/10/26/20111026arizona-mine-development-superior.html#ixzz1buFfmqqk

What is wrong with expecting the company to make use of the American workers, and to use American equipment and resources for Americans.
Why are these reps. totting this as a bill that will create jobs when they refuse to guarantee the jobs will even be in the USA?

What is Wrong with voting Republican.

A little something passed along to me on Facebook.

“A federal judge accused two state Republicans, called by federal prosecutors in a massive Alabama corruption case, of cooperating with the feds because of their “ulterior motives rooted in naked political ambition and pure racial bias.”
State Sen. Scott Beason and former Rep. Benjamin Lewis, U.S. District Judge Myron Thompson wrote, “lack credibility for two reasons.”

“First, their motive for cooperating with F.B.I. investigators was not to clean up corruption but to increase Republican political fortunes by reducing African-American voter turnout. Second, they lack credibility because the record establishes their purposeful, racist intent,” Thompson wrote.”

“Oh but ladies and gentlemen, it gets even more awesome.”

“Beason, Lewis, and their political allies sought to defeat SB380 partly because they believed the absence of the referendum on the ballot would lower African-American voter turnout during the 2010 elections. One of the government’s recordings captured Beason and Lewis discussing political strategy with other influential Republican legislative allies. A confederate warned: “Just keep in mind if [a pro-gambling] bill passes and we have a referendum in November, every black in this state will be bused to the polls. And that ain’t gonna help.”

RECYLING Applies to the Government too

I don’t agree with what is going on on Wall Street. but I also know that just throwing away all regulation and entity's that make regulation.

Commenters favoring Ron Paul seem to be saying just that.

It may be simplistic but if we throw out all plastic bottle used in the USA there will be more land fill than land in the USA. If we recycle them we get more useful products and less waste.

In the case of government we the people will be the waste.

I don’t believe that the corporations are any more honor bound that they were during they years of the Robber Barons of the 19th century.

Free market is not just a mythical objective to strive for. Free market  was what was in place in the 19th century when there was no regulation. that was why regulations were put on banking and monopoly, etc.

But with the myth that regulating corporations stifles the economy regulations were removed. that is why the bankers and the Wall street brokers and corporation are able to do to the people what they are doing.

By throwing away the regulators and regulations of the government instead of fixing them it will only encourage the corporate greed.

The next waste that will be thrown out  is the workers the corporations will be laying off just because they can.

We are and will continue to be the waste.

Some info about the FED

Art I sec 8 of The constitution stays this:

FISCAL AND MONETARY POWERS OF CONGRESS
Coinage, Weights, and Measures

The power “to coin money” and “regulate the value thereof” has been broadly construed to authorize regulation of every phase of the subject of currency. Congress may charter banks and endow them with the right to issue circulating notes,1281 and it may restrain the circulation of notes not issued under its own authority.1282 To this end it may impose a prohibitive tax upon the circulation of the notes of state banks1283 or of municipal corporations.1284 It may require the surrender of gold coin and of gold certificates in exchange for other currency not redeemable in gold. http://www.law.cornell.edu/anncon/html/art1toc_user.html

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I also found this.:

Federal Reserve
The Federal Reserve Act (ch. 6, 38 Stat. 251, enacted December 23, 1913, 12 U.S.C. ch.3) is an Act of Congress that was written by Carter Glass that created and set up the Federal Reserve System, the central banking system of the United States of America, and granted it the legal authority to issue Federal Reserve Notes (now commonly known as the U.S. Dollar) and Federal Reserve Bank Notes (a.k.a. Red Seal Notes) as legal tender. The Act was signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson

Why the GOP Jobs plans don’t work for most of the voters,Their customers.

The GOP in congress and the potential presidential candidates all have plans based on the 1 theme of cutting expense's for the corporations and the rich.

“Republican leaders have struggled to make the case for the agenda, which is based on deregulation, reductions in spending and tax cuts”GOP Jobs Message Has Had Competition By John Stanton, Roll Call Staff, Oct. 13, 2011, Midnight

““The fact is Republicans have a plan — our Plan for America’s Job Creators — that we outlined back in May, and we have been working since May to enact the ideas outlined in this proposal,” Boehner said Wednesday.”GOP Jobs Message Has Had Competition By John Stanton, Roll Call Staff, Oct. 13, 2011, Midnight

They define America’s Job Creators as the big corporations , and the top 1% in the USA.

legos 001“Cain, who's recently moved up in the polls to become one of the leading Republican presidential candidates, is basing much of his campaign on what he calls the 9-9-9 plan, which would get rid of almost all current taxes and replace them with a 9% flat tax on income, a 9% flat corporate tax and a 9% national sales tax.”Herman Cain's 9-9-9 tax plan: Break for the rich?By Chris Isadora @CNNMoney October 11, 2011: 8:43 AM ET

Cain's 9-9-9 plan is the worst of these in that it cuts all taxes for the rich in half and double and more taxes for the middleclass.

“MLM or network marketing is when you actually recruit other sales people into an organization or down line in order to sell products. This type of marketing has been confused with illegal pyramids in the past, but in actual fact, some of the largest marketing organizations such as Avon, Tupperware and Amway, to name just a few- can all be categorized as MLM. (Yahoo Dictionary)”

http://mlmdir.com/

legos 002An MLM or Network marketing plan works like a pyramed of Legos. The GOP is a lot like the MLM or Networking marketing plan.

How Network marketing works is they have a product that they pretend to sell. but the Network is actually just like a Lego pyramid.  But the real goal is to get the next layer and next layer of marketers below you. so the head of the company gets a percentage of the money brought in by each of the lower layers. Each of the members of the lower layers of market has to pay a fee to join, buy a package of the product, and recruit their share of the next layer of marketers. the huge costs of marketing of the product and recruitment  marketing they are told will be small compared to the profits gained by the success of the marketing. So in reality the only sales of the product are to the new marketers. The success of the plan is the premise that there are an infinite number of potential new recruits to bring into the plan.  The reality is eventually  what happens is the pyramid has to crash because of that premise of infinite numbers. so the head of the company just walks with a pocket full of money and the lowest level are left with the costs of attempting to market  to an already over saturated market.

legos 003

If you think of a corporation in terms of the pyramid you find the CEO of the company and the big Shareholders next. of course there are a few corporation's that do not work this way but they are in a minority. then you find the lesser excess. eventually at the bottom of this corporate pyramid you get to the general workers the ones that are layed off at will and as in the case of the Network marketing left holding the bag. In the case of Banks and Realestate Loan these are also the individual home owners. And in the case of the current economic climate these are the ones that most of the big corporation they are as relevant to the CEOs as the bottom layer Network marketers are for the Network marketing plan. The tax breaks only go into the pockets of the CEO and the Top Share holders. no jobs are created, the economy just gets worse. and GOP people like Cain just blame the little people like the Workers that they still have and the ones layed off.

"Don't blame Wall Street," Cain said. "Don't blame the big banks. If you don't have a job and you're not rich, blame yourself...It is not a person's fault because they succeeded. It is a person's fault if they failed. And so this is why I don't understand these demonstrations and what is it that they're looking for."From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If the corporation goes bankrupted. the CEOs and the Top Share holders have plenty of money to just like in the Network marketing plan walk away.

“Marketing is the process used to determine what products or services may be of interest to customers, and the strategy to use in sales, communications and business development.[1] It generates the strategy that underlies sales techniques, business communication, and business developments.[1] It is an integrated process through which companies build strong customer relationships and create value for their customers and for themselves.” From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Cain and the other GOP leaders Have forgotten the most important part of Marketing the customers.

the Bias of Herman Cain's view and people that agree with that view

I am being harassed by a person on Facebook that thinks they know things about me. they delete the post just after they send it so it gets onto my e-mail but has no way for me to report it to Facebook.

This person is one of those people that thinks anyone that has gone to college, getting financial Aid of any sort(except them) is or ever was receiving Unemployment. Is or ever has had to use food stamps  (with exception of whom they choose to except). is somehow and always will be a lazy person that will and has never worked in their lives. The 50% is always used.

They without any knowledge of what My life is Just that I am a liberal in my political affiliations. is assuming that I am part of this group. I admit proudly that I am one of the 99%, I have had to resort to food stamps I have been unemployed.

Herman Cain seems to perpetuate this same line of thought.

"Don't blame Wall Street," Cain said. "Don't blame the big banks. If you don't have a job and you're not rich, blame yourself...It is not a person's fault because they succeeded. It is a person's fault if they failed. And so this is why I don't understand these demonstrations and what is it that they're looking for."

Then these people the person harassing me and Cain and others seem to think that you must start at the bottom and work up.  but people at the “bottom” are put down for being at the bottom. the view of the “bottom is the 50% of the USA that are not the Rich side.

What this means is that anyone that has worked 40 hours and taken 12+ is lazy and is taking their money.

Any one that has been out of work for a time spending 40-50 hours a week sending out resumes is some how lazy taking theses peoples money even if the person has worked 40years putting in to the system for unemployment the whole time that is no longer their benefits  that’s those other peoples money.

This also means that all children to people in that 50% should be starving by genetic connection to the Adults in that 50%. because many of those other people that believe this are sure that they are:

Gandhi was …….

Yahoo had an article About people snubbed  for Nobel prize.

“Thomas Edison didn't win a Nobel Prize. Neither did Gandhi. Famous snubs have stirred controversy throughout the award's history, and two winners even turned the tables by declining the famous prize.”
http://whoknew.news.yahoo.com/who-knew/nobel-prizes-2011-26837402.html#crsl=%252Fwho-knew%252Fnobel-prizes-2011-26837402.html

The first comment I saw dint understand why Gandhi would be nominated for the prize. the commenter stated that Gandhi was raciest, and gave a web site to go to as proof.

http://www.trinicenter.com/WorldNews/ghandi4.htm

This site Proceeds to Miss-inform the reader on the definition of the cast system,  and then concludes its summery with a   lie supposing to be Gandhi's opinion of the cast system.

"SUMMARY: To understand Gandhi's role towards the blacks, one requires a knowledge of Hinduism. Within the constraints, a few words on Hinduism will suffice: The caste is the bedrock of Hinduism. The Hindu term for caste is varna; which means arranging the society on a four-level hierarchy based on the skin color: The darker-skinned relegated to the lowest level, the lighter-skinned to the top three levels of the apartheid scale called the Caste System. The race factor underlies the intricate workings of Hinduism, not to mention the countless evil practices embedded within. Have no doubt, Gandhi loved the Caste system."

“The Indian caste system is a system of social stratification and social restriction in India in which communities are defined by thousands of endogamous hereditary groups called Jātis.”

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Cast system had no basis on skin color. It was based on ones ancestry.

And Gandhi was one of the administrators in the attempt to wipe out the cast system.

Then for their further prof of this supposed racism is the statem that Gandhi fought against the Blacks in Africa for 20years. The war that the Author of this document used is the Boer War.

The Boer War was not against Blacks it was between the British and the Boers (Dutch colonists in Africa also subjugating the Blacks and Indians).

“The Boer Wars (known in Afrikaans as Vryheidsoorlog (lit. "freedom wars")) were two wars fought between the British Empire and the two independent Boer republics, the Oranje Vrijstaat and the South African Republic (Transvaal Republiek).”From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia”

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

“Boer (  /ˈbʊər/, /ˈboʊ.ər/, or /ˈbɔər/; Afrikaans: [ˈbuːr]) is the Dutch and Afrikaans word for farmer, which came to denote the descendants of the Dutch-speaking settlers of the eastern Cape frontier[2] in Southern Africa during the 18th century, as well as those who left the Cape Colony during the 19th century to settle in the Orange Free State, Transvaal (which are together known as the Boer Republics), and to a lesser extent Natal. Their primary motivations for leaving the Cape were to escape British rule and extract themselves from the constant border wars between the British imperial government and the native tribes on the eastern frontier.”From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Boers were as white as the British.
The Indian and the black african were both incidental.

Conscription was in effect, Gandhi served in the Army medical corps. He didn't fight he tried to save lives.

Then the article tried to put down Dr King and others that respected Gandhi.

Dr King grew up in the south where he was under subjugation from the Southern White uppermost Overlords.  I Am sure he was not diluted about anything about Gandhi. Satyagraha, was the thing that Dr King found important in what Gandhi had to offer.

“. A pioneer of satyagraha, or resistance to tyranny through mass civil disobedience — a philosophy firmly founded upon ahimsa, or total nonviolence —”

As honorable and Intelligent as Dr King was I am sure he Knew that People change and that the opinion of a 16year old is not always that of a 50year old.

“Two professors of history who specialize in South Africa, Surendra Bhana and Goolam Vahed, examined this controversy in their text, The Making of a Political Reformer: Gandhi in South Africa, 1893–1914. (New Delhi: Manohar, 2005). They focus in Chapter 1, "Gandhi, Africans and Indians in Colonial Natal" on the relationship between the African and Indian communities under "White rule" and policies which enforced segregation (and, they argue, led to inevitable conflict between these communities). Of this relationship, they state that, "the young Gandhi was influenced by segregationist notions prevalent in the 1890s."[23] At the same time, they state, "Gandhi's experiences in jail seemed to make him more sensitive to their plight...the later Gandhi mellowed; he seemed much less categorical in his expression of prejudice against Africans, and much more open to seeing points of common cause. His negative views in the Johannesburg jail were reserved for hardened African prisoners rather than Africans generally."[24] However, when plans to unveil a statue of Gandhi in Johannesburg were announced, a movement unsuccessfully tried to block it because of Gandhi's racist statements.[22]

In the end Gandhi was just as much for the Rights of Black Africans as Indian.

Then The Author goes on to use deliberate miss understood statements of Gandhi's to justify this Authors opinion of Racism.

This statement:

“The Boer War had not brought home to me the horrors of war with anything like the vividness that the `rebellion' did. This was no war but a man-hunt, not only in my opinion but also in that of many Englishmen with whom I had occasion to talk. To hear every morning reports of the soldiers' rifles exploding like crackers in innocent hamlets, and to live in the midst of them, was a trial.”

is an agreement to the horror both he and many of the
“Englishmen with whom I had occasion to talk” felt about the Massacre. Not as the Author states in the document in any way a justification of the masicure.

And this statement is that criticism of the English that find the Masicure a horror but justify the same atrocity's in Egypt.

A controversy is going on in England about what the Natal Army did during the Kaffir rebellion. The people here believe that the whites of Natal perpetrated great atrocities on the Kaffirs. In reply to such critics, the Star has pointed to the doings of the Imperial Army in Egypt. Those among the Egyptian rebels who had been captured were ordered to be flogged. The flogging was continued to the limits of the victim's endurance; it took place in public and was watched by thousands of people. Those sentenced to death were also hanged at the same time. While those sentenced to death were hanging, the flogging of others was taken up. While the sentences were being executed, the relatives of the victims cried and wept until many of them swooned. If this is true, there is no reason why there should be such an outcry in England against Natal outrages.

The Author of the Article is using Gandhi's word of outrage against the English for the atrocity's committed by the British empire in both Natal and Egypt to prove his Lie of racism against Gandhi.

The Myth of Ellis Island

I have tried many times to find my ancestors path to the USA . My Mothers family came from Finland before there was a country of Finland. It was frustrating to find that many trails didn’t even acknowledge the existence of Finland before 1914.

We were always told my father Jumped ship to come to  the USA.  I know when I was a teen that my father was a resident alien at that point and had his Green card. But between 1940s when he met my mother and 1970s was he always. Was he Documented before he met my mother.

This post is not to just tell my family history. there are several myths about the immigrants to the USA  our ancestor.

The first is all immigrants to the USA from Europe after 1776 came through Ellis island. 1. The federal Government did not even regulate immigration before 1875 2.The Immigration Station at Ellis island did not even exist until 1892. 3. there were more than 100 other immigration stations in the USA in other states.

the second was that we all who can from Europe did it legally. In reality the USA did not have requirements for documentation before   In 1924, the McCarren-Walter Act, The only regulation was the ban on Chinese Immigrants. after that the Europeans were restricted even more and more. and with each restriction came more Illegal Europeans, Yes Europeans.

“IPC has made several key observations :
Many of our ancestors would not have qualified under today’s immigration laws. Today’s requirements.
Until the late 19th century, there was very little federal regulation of immigration—there were virtually no laws to break.
Before the 20th century, there was virtually no bureaucracy responsible for enforcing immigration laws.
Prior to the 1920s, there were no numerical limitations on immigration to the U.S., but certain persons were banned from entering.
The first numerical caps on immigration and limitations on Europeans were not established until the 1920s – after the great wave of immigration to the U.S.
Every restriction generated illegal immigration.
Many European immigrants benefited from amnesties
